The election and digital technologies

Given Ed's comments on the election I thought that I would use it as a blatant opportunity to advertise my other blog which is my field notes and learning journal for my dissertation which just happens to be on digital technologies and literacy. Feel free to comment on MA or Bust. More seriously I agree with what Ed says but am concerned not just that older people may be left behind but also that the superhighway may never reach certain areas of a community and therefore disenfranchise and marginalise people in the same way that politics does now.
