Our first 3 egg day
with our new chickens. The lovely Lilac, a Light Sussex Hen, has laid her first egg. I stood by saying "breathe, dear, breathe!"

Some people don't care for it...
...but the tripe was excellent. Thanks to the chef for keeping such food on the menu, and to the maitre d' for taking the picture below.
